CONSERV - VRB SVAE / RBP Roma seated facing within hexastyle temple, head to left, holding globe in her right hand and scepter in her left; at her side, shield; in pediment, wreath; on each end of architrave, winged Genius standing front and holding open wreath; in field to left, D. Drost 132a. RIC 258. Attractive brown patina and with a wonderful portrait of Maxentius. Slight die shift in the exergue of the reverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
